You Are A Finisher

You Are A Finisher
Last Sunday I did a thing. I turned in my final papers and projects  to earn my degree. It’s my bachelor’s in Human Services. It has been the most challenging road for me but it was a desire of mine to finish and get my degree. About 3 years ago, it was in me strong to go back and I talked it over with my husband and I decided to do it. This past year I kept hearing, “You are a finisher. Finish strong.” And I kept repeating to myself when I needed to encourage myself. You are a finisher. In everything you set your heart and mind to do, you will see it through to completion. This is not just by your strength alone, but by the power and grace of God working within you. Philippians 1:6 reminds us, “Being confident of this very thing, that He who has begun a good work in you will complete it until the day of Jesus Christ.” God is faithful to finish what He starts in you. When challenges arise, and they will, remember that God has equipped you with the perseverance and resilience to overcome everything. Hebrews 12:1-2 encourages us, “Let us run with perseverance the race marked out for us, fixing our eyes on Jesus, the pioneer and perfecter of faith.” You are called to press forward, to push through obstacles, and to finish strong.
Embrace your identity as a finisher. Know that with each step, you are not alone. God is with you, guiding and strengthening you. As you hold onto His promises, you will complete every task, fulfill every goal, and finish every race with grace and victory.
P.S. I walk in my graduation in November. 5020202020Recent
